GOTIK is the first natural gin of Ribatejo. Our first creation is a London Dry, made by a set of 7 distillates, it is crystalline and has a proud and persistent tear.

The specially selected herbs are from this region, they give it a distinctive bouquet and exuberant character.

The traditional distillation process also gives it a full intensity, a structured body, and a lasting persistence.Gotik contains 21 botanists in its composition, it translates its essence into the singularity of the butternut pumpkin, which guarantees its smoothness and an unmistakable flavor

It is a Casked Collection edition, with its origins in the Santa Clara edition, which has its ageing period for 3 months in French oak barrels. The result of this period in these barrels, sprinkled with our muffled liqueur wine – BEMCASADO, adds complexity and character to the gin, giving even more depth and fullness of flavour

The Igreja da Graça edition is presented by the combination of 12 botanists who for their richness and aromatic firmness form a classic, balanced gin, distinctive in aroma, Fresh and slightly floral. In its composition are 12 botanists: juniper, butternut squash, seeds of coriander, angelica root, cassia, lily root, lemon skin, orange skin, flower orange, cardamom, almond and signature aroma – the baby carrot.
